UNIVERSITY OF CROSS RIVER STATE ANNOUNCES RESUMPTION OF ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES AFTER INDEFINITE BREAK
The University of Cross River State has announced the resumption of academic activities, effective Wednesday, March 19, 2025. This decision was made by the university’s management during a meeting held on Monday, March 17, 2025.
According to the registrar, Sephoray Victor Ephraim Ene, all students are expected to return to campus and resume academic activities immediately. Outstanding continuous assessments will commence on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
Students are also required to attend revision lectures and complete necessary coursework starting Monday, March 24, 2025. Additionally, payment of outstanding school fees and registration of courses must be completed before the commencement of examinations.
The university’s “No Fee No Examinations” policy remains in force, and students are advised to follow the revised Academic Calendar for guidance on academic activities.
The management has expressed appreciation for the patience and understanding of students during the period of industrial action and has assured its commitment to providing a conducive learning environment.
