The notice, issued by the Office of the Registrar, highlights four major requirements that every applicant must follow.
-
O’Level Result Upload

Change of Course
The window for change of course will run from Monday, December 8 to Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
• Candidates changing course must apply on both the Yabatech portal and the JAMB portal before the deadline.
• Candidates must ensure they have the required O’Level subjects and UTME subject combination for the new course they want.
The school warns that there will be no extension for the change of course period. -
Acceptance and Printing of Admission Letters
Once offered admission, candidates must accept it on JAMB CAPS and print their admission letters from both the institution and JAMB portals. -
Name Consistency
Applicants must ensure their names are correctly arranged and consistent across all documents before online and physical screening.
