JOINT ADMISSIONS AND MATRICULATION BOARD [JAMB] TO ACTIVATE PRINTING OF 2026 UTME ORIGINAL RESULT SLIPS ON JUNE 17
Candidates who sat for the 2026 UTME will be able to print their Original Result Slips within two hours on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from any internet-enabled device or accredited business centre.
Legitdan News reports that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the activation of the printing portal for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Original Result Slips. According to the official notice, candidates will be able to access and print their Original Result Slips within two hours on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
What the Original Result Slip Contains
The Original Result Slip is an official document issued by JAMB that contains the following:
- The candidate’s passport photograph
- The candidate’s national ranking
- Security features required for Post-UTME screening and admission processes by tertiary institutions
The slip serves as a key document during the Post-UTME screening exercise and throughout the admission process. Candidates are strongly advised to have it readily available when required by their institutions.
How to Print
Candidates can print their Original Result Slip through any of the following means:
- Any internet-enabled device such as a smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer
- Any accredited JAMB business centre

After printing, candidates are advised to:
- Carefully verify all information contained on the slip to ensure accuracy
