LASUSTECH ENDS FREE DIGITAL SKILLS TRAINING FOR TRADERS
Lagos State University of Science and Technology has concluded a free digital skills programme for traders and artisans. Participants were trained to grow their businesses using online tools.
Legitdan news report that Olumuyiwa Odusanya has urged beneficiaries of the free digital skills training organised by Lagos State University of Science and Technology to apply the knowledge gained to improve and expand their businesses.
He spoke at the closing ceremony of the one month programme held at the university Ikorodu campus. According to him, the initiative was created to empower traders and artisans within the institution host communities through practical digital and business development skills.
Participants received training in content creation, business promotion, advertising, social media strategy, and business analytics. The programme was designed to help them build stronger digital presence and achieve higher profitability.
The Vice Chancellor also commended the facilitators for their dedication and encouraged participants to make proper use of the skills acquired to succeed in their ventures and positively impact others.
