JUBILATIONS AS NYSC BEGINS MONTHLY PAYMENT OF N77000 TO CORPS MEMBERS
The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has started paying corps members a new monthly allowance of N77,000, effective March 2025. This increase was validated by NYSC Director-General, Brigadier General Olakunle Oluseye Nafiu, who assured that the new allowance would be credited to corps members’ accounts.
The move is a significant improvement in the welfare of corps members, who have been advocating for a higher allowance. Many corps members have already taken to social media to express their gratitude and relief, sharing screenshots of their bank alerts as proof of the payment.
