JAMB CLARIFIES MOCK SLIP REPRINT ISSUE FOR UTME CANDIDATES

JAMB has explained why some candidates cannot reprint their mock exam slips. The board assured that this issue does not affect participation in the main UTME.

Legitdan news report that Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has addressed concerns from candidates who are unable to reprint their 2026 UTME mock examination slips and are seeing a message indicating they are not mock candidates.

The board stated that the issue does not affect candidates’ eligibility for the main UTME and advised affected individuals not to panic.

According to JAMB, the situation applies to two categories of candidates. The first group includes those who selected the mock option during registration but were not scheduled due to limited availability of slots at CBT centres, particularly among late registrants.

The second group consists of candidates who mistakenly purchased UTME registration without the mock option and were therefore not registered for the mock examination.

JAMB emphasized that all affected candidates remain eligible to participate fully in the main UTME.
