Step 1: Visit the official portal

Step 2: Click on Apply for Transcript
You will need:
• Your matriculation number
• A valid email address
• Personal details that match your school records
Step 3: Choose Transcript Type
Select one:
• Official Transcript, sent directly to an institution or employer
• Student Copy Transcript, for personal use
Enter delivery details:
• Name of receiving institution
• Complete address
• Email address for electronic delivery
Upload the required documents:
• Passport photograph, red background
• Statement of result or certificate
• Birth certificate
• Eligibility form
Step 4: Complete the CAPTCHA verification
Enter the 6 character code shown on the screen and submit.
Step 5: Make Payment
Fees:
• Local delivery, N27,500
• International courier, N37,500
• Electronic transcript option, fee varies
