FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC NEKEDE BEGINS ND ADMISSION FOR 2026 2027 SESSION
Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri has commenced its Post UTME screening exercise for admission into National Diploma programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Legitdan news report that the management of Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri has officially commenced the 2026/2027 Post UTME screening exercise for admission into its National Diploma Regular Programmes.
Applications were invited from suitably qualified candidates who selected the institution as first or second choice in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and scored a minimum of one hundred marks.
The institution stated that candidates who selected the polytechnic as second or third choice must change to Federal Polytechnic Nekede as first choice before they can be considered for admission.
Applicants are also required to possess at least five credit passes including English Language and Mathematics in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, obtained in not more than two sittings.
Available National Diploma programmes include Engineering Technology, Business Administration, Accountancy, Mass Communication, Computer Science, Public Administration, Science Laboratory Technology, Estate Management, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Cooperative Economics, Office Technology and Management, Hospitality Management, Architecture, Surveying and Geo Informatics, Library and Information Science, Quantity Surveying, Pharmaceutical Technology, Agricultural Technology, and Computer Engineering.
