BUK REOPENS NELFUND APPLICATION PORTAL FOR STUDENTS

Bayero University Kano has reopened the NELFUND application portal for the 2025 2026 academic session. Eligible students now have another chance to apply for financial support.

Legitdan news report that Bayero University Kano has reopened the application window for the Nigerian Education Loan Fund for the 2025 2026 academic session.

According to the university, the portal will remain open from May 8 to May 29. It described the exercise as the final opportunity for eligible students who have completed screening to apply for tuition support and upkeep at the same time.

The institution advised applicants to carefully follow all instructions and upload correct documents during the application process.

Students were also warned to avoid common mistakes such as using microfinance wallet accounts or incorrect email addresses, as such errors may cause delays or disqualification.

The university strongly encouraged all qualified students to complete their applications before the closing date.
