JAMB APPROVES UTME FOR EXCEPTIONALLY BRILLIANT CANDIDATES UNDER 16

Legitdan News reports that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has introduced a new policy allowing exceptionally brilliant candidates below 16 years of age to sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

JAMB stated that this policy is designed to accommodate young prodigies who have demonstrated exceptional academic abilities, giving them the opportunity to gain admission into tertiary institutions despite not meeting the usual age requirement
