The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced the completion of the marking exercise for the 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for school candidates. The results are expected to be released 45 days after the last paper was submitted.

The announcement was made on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. WAEC advised candidates and stakeholders to download the WaecKonnect mobile app for updates on the results and other developments.

Despite some speculation regarding the release date, WAEC’s communication officer Moyosola Adesina clarified that the specific date for the results’ release has not been officially confirmed.
