OOU CONFIRMS RECEIPT OF NELFUND PAYMENT FOR 3,473 STUDENTS
Olabisi Onabanjo University has confirmed receiving N718,585,000 from the Nigerian Education Loan Fund for students under the 2024 session loan program. The payment was made on 8 November 2025 into the university’s designated NELFUND account.
The university noted that the funds cover 3,473 students who applied for the loan. The Vice Chancellor, Professor Ayodeji Olayinka Johnson Agboola, issued the acknowledgment in an official letter addressed to the Managing Director of NELFUND in Abuja.
The institution expressed appreciation and assured continued cooperation as the scheme progresses.
