The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced the official schedule for the Passing Out Ceremony of the 2023 Batch ‘C’ Stream I corps members, set for Thursday, October 10, 2024. The ceremony will be conducted in a low-key manner.

The programme of activities is as follows:

Tuesday, September 24 – Friday, September 27, 2024

– Release of passing-out corps members by employers.

– Job Awareness and Creation sensitization for corps members at the local government level, facilitated by relevant officers, including NYSC and NDE officials.

Monday, September 30 – Wednesday, October 3, 2024

– Registration and clearing of corps members by local government inspectors.

– Final clearance signing by zonal inspectors.

– Administration of Questionnaire (Form 4B) on 30% of the passing-out corps members.

Thursday, October 4 – Monday, October 7, 2024

– Continued final clearance signing by zonal inspectors.

– Further administration of Questionnaire (Form 4B) on an additional 30% of corps members.

Tuesday, October 8 – Wednesday, October 9, 2024

– Final clearance signing by zonal inspectors.

Thursday, October 10, 2024

– Distribution of Certificates of National Service to deserving corps members at the local government level.

Corps members are advised to adhere to the outlined schedule to ensure a smooth transition during the passing-out process.
