NSUK Announces 2024/2025 Matriculation Ceremony Date for Newly Admitted Students

 

The management of Nasarawa State University has notified all newly admitted candidates that the 2024/2025 Matriculation Ceremony will hold on Friday, 27 February 2026.

The ceremony is scheduled as follows:

Date: Friday, 27 February 2026

Time: 9:00 am

Venue: Convocation Square, Main Campus

Collection of Academic Gowns

Academic gowns will be issued free of charge from Tuesday, 24 February 2026, at the offices of respective Faculty Officers. All gowns must be returned within 24 hours after the ceremony.

Assembly and Procession

All matriculating students must assemble outside the Convocation Square by 8:00 am for procession. Students are to line up behind their Faculty Officers in alphabetical order as listed below:

• Faculty of Administration

• Faculty of Allied Health Sciences

• Faculty of Arts

• Faculty of Communication and Media Studies

• Faculty of Education

• Faculty of Environmental Science

• Faculty of Law

• Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences

• Faculty of Social Sciences

The Faculty of Agriculture and Faculty of Engineering will conduct their matriculation ceremonies at their respective campuses.

Students who fail to return academic gowns within the stipulated time will face fines or other penalties.
