Nigerian Turkish Nile University Post-UTME Form for 2024/2025 Academic Session
The Nigerian Turkish Nile University (NTNU) has announced the sale of Post-UTME forms for the 2024/2025 academic session. Applications are invited from candidates for admission into various undergraduate programmes.
Faculties and Programmes:
- Faculty of Arts, Management and Social Sciences
- UTME Requirements: Five credits at SSCE (or equivalent) including English, Mathematics, and any other two relevant subjects (Economics, Accounting, Government).
- Direct Entry Requirements: Two “A” level credits including Economics, or NCE/OND with credit passes.
- Remarks: UTME subjects include Economics, English, Mathematics, and any other subject.
- Political Science and International Relations
- UTME Requirements: Five ‘O’ level credit passes including English, Government or History, at least a pass in Maths, and any other relevant subjects.
- Remarks: UTME subjects include three Arts or Social Science subjects.
- English Studies
- UTME Requirements: Five credits at SSCE (or equivalent) including English Language and Literature in English.
- Direct Entry Requirements: Two “A” level passes including Literature in English and one other Arts subject.
- Remarks: UTME subjects include English, Literature in English, one Arts subject, and another Social Science subject.
- Biology
- UTME Requirements: Five credits at SSCE (or equivalent) in English, Mathematics, Biology, and any other science subjects.
- Direct Entry Requirements: Two “A” level passes in Biology and any one of Physics, Mathematics, or Chemistry; Credit passes in OND.
- Remarks: UTME subjects include English, Chemistry, Mathematics, and any of Physics, Geography, or Biology.
- Chemistry
- UTME Requirements: Five credits at SSCE (or equivalent) in English, Chemistry, Mathematics, and any other two science subjects.
- Direct Entry Requirements: Two “A” level passes in Chemistry and any one of Physics, Mathematics, or Biology; Credit passes in OND.
- Remarks: UTME subjects include English, Chemistry, Mathematics, and any of Physics, Geography, or Biology.
- Computer Science
- UTME Requirements: Five credits at SSCE (or equivalent) including English, Mathematics, and any other three subjects (preferably Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agric. Science).
- Direct Entry Requirements: Two “A” level passes in Mathematics and either Physics and/or Chemistry; OND/NCE in Mathematics and another Science Subject.
- Remarks: UTME subjects include Mathematics and any two of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, or Economics.
- Faculty of Engineering
- UTME Requirements: Five credits at SSCE (or equivalent) including English, Mathematics, and any other three subjects (preferably Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry).
- Direct Entry Requirements: Two “A” level passes in Mathematics and either Physics and/or Chemistry; OND/NCE in Mathematics and another Science Subject.
- Remarks: UTME subjects include Mathematics and any two of Physics, Chemistry, or Geography.
- Department of Law
- UTME Requirements: Five credits at SSCE (or equivalent) including English Language and Literature in English.
- Direct Entry Requirements: Two “A” level passes including Literature in English and one other Arts subject.
- Remarks: UTME subjects include English, Literature in English, one Arts subject, and another Social Science subject.
Admission Procedures:
- Nigerian Applicants: Must take the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Examination or UTME and obtain the approved cut-off mark for that year. Five credits at no more than two sittings are required.
- Foreign Applicants: Must provide corresponding Examination Results and academic transcripts from previous high schools.
- Transfer & Direct Entry Students: Candidates with qualifications like OND, HSE, HND, ‘A’ level GCE, SBS, IJMB, or any other higher qualification. A grade point average of 1.50 CGPA (3rd class) on a 5.0 scale is required.
