The completed application form must be accompanied by photocopies of the following documents:

• WASC/GCE O’level Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree Certificate (for Master’s degree applicants)
• NYSC Discharge Certificate/Certificate of Exemption (where applicable)
• Marriage Certificate or evidence of name change (where applicable)
• Bank draft or Teller of Application Fee payment

Fill out the PG Application Form below, attaching the required certificates/documents (scanned copies).

Make a PG Application payment of N20,000 into the MCIU Postgraduate Collection Bank account at Zenith Bank, Account number: 1228993761. Use the reference “PG Admissions.”
