FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY AKURE (FUTA) RELEASES POST UTME/DIRECT ENTRY ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), has announced the commencement of its 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening registration. The exercise will run from Friday, July 25, 2025, to Friday, August 28, 2025.

Eligibility

  • Candidates who scored 180 and above in the 2025 UTME and made FUTA their first-choice institution.

  • Direct Entry candidates who chose FUTA as their first-choice institution.

  • All candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, at not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent examinations.

  • Candidates must be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2025.

Application Procedure

  1. Visit the university’s website www.futa.edu.ng for detailed instructions.

  2. Complete and submit the Post-UTME application form online.

  3. Print a copy of the registration form after submission.

  4. Pay the ₦2,000 screening fee through the Remita platform at any bank.

Important Notes

  • Candidates must ensure their O’Level results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS and linked to FUTA on or before August 28, 2025.

  • Any candidate who fails to complete registration will not be considered for admission.

  • The screening registration form is mandatory for participation.
