AFUED VC CALLS FOR URGENT SOLUTIONS TO EDUCATION CHALLENGES

Legitdan news report that the Vice Chancellor of Adeyemi Federal University of Education Ondo, Professor Bayode Popoola, has called for urgent and innovative solutions to challenges confronting the education sector in Nigeria and across the world.
He made the call during the International Conference of the Society for Educators United Kingdom held at the university campus in Ondo State.
Professor Popoola described the hosting of the conference in Nigeria for the first time as a sign of global confidence in the country educational system and academic contributions.
He explained that rising global challenges, including the increasing number of out of school children and the projected shortage of teachers, require coordinated efforts and strategic responses from stakeholders.
The conference brought together scholars, education experts, and policymakers to discuss major issues affecting education and explore sustainable solutions for the sector.
