• All candidates with genuine technical issues, including biometric verification failure will be rescheduled accordingly. They’ll be officially communicated via SMS and their profiles to reprint their examination slips that will indicate their new centres, dates and time.
• However, candidate that was late to the examination centre won’t be rescheduled.
• No candidate will be rescheduled twice. That’s why candidates have been urged to keep checking their phones and profiles for official communication on the rescheduling.
