RSU CLARIFIES SHUTTLE TRANSPORT FARE
Rivers State University has clarified the official shuttle fare for students. The management stated that no increase has been approved.
Legitdan news report that the Student Union Government of Rivers State University has issued a public notice clarifying the approved shuttle transport fare on campus.
The notice stated that the official transport fare remains 150 naira and that there has been no approved increase to 200 naira.
Students were advised to ensure they receive the correct balance when charged above the approved fare while using campus shuttle services.
The union also noted that any future adjustment to transport fares will only take effect after proper consideration and official approval by the university management. It added that a meeting will be held on the matter and updates will be communicated accordingly.
