FEDERAL COLLEGE OF MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (FCMLST) JOS RELEASES POST-UTME SCREENING ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to notify all prospective students that the Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology (FCMLST), Jos has commenced Post-UTME registration for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Available Programmes:

• National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)

• National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology (EHT)

Eligibility:

• Candidates who selected FCMLST, Jos as their first choice and scored 100 or above in the 2025 UTME.

• Candidates who scored 100 or above but did not choose the College must first complete a Change of Institution via the JAMB portal.

Entry Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) credits in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English Language, and Mathematics (WAEC/NECO/GCE), not more than two sittings.

• Awaiting Results are not accepted.

Application Process:

1. Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 via Remita.
   (Select: PAY FGN > WHO TO PAY > FCMLST Jos: 052102704200)

2. Visit www.fcmlst.edu.ng
   Navigate to Admission > Register Now, and select Post-UTME as form type.

Screening Schedule:

• Date: September 21–25, 2025

• Time: 10:00 AM daily

• Venue: College Assembly Complex

• Required documents:

  • Original JAMB result slip

  • Passport photograph

  • State of origin certificate

  • Remita payment receipt
