YABA COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY (YABATECH) ANNOUNCES HOSTEL ACCOMODATIONS SCHEDULE FOR THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION
Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) has released a new circular outlining the official procedure for full-time ND, HND, and B.Sc students to make hostel accommodation payments through the school’s online payment gateway.
The circular, signed by the Dean of Student Affairs, Alaba Olalekan, provides a step-by-step guide to assist students in completing their payments securely via the official website www.yctmfb.net.
According to the document, students are to begin by visiting the site and navigating to the “Make Payment” section on the homepage. From there, they will select the “Pay Now” option, input their personal and academic details, and proceed through a secure transaction process.
A key requirement in the process is the generation of a One-Time Password (OTP), which will be sent to the student’s registered email after agreeing to the terms and conditions. The OTP must be entered on the payment page before selecting a payment method such as bank transfer or card payment.
Once the payment is successfully completed, a receipt will be generated and must be printed for personal records. Importantly, the printed receipt must also be submitted to the Office of the Dean, Student Affairs.
However, the circular emphasized that making a payment does not automatically guarantee hostel allocation, indicating that space remains subject to availability or further criteria.
The administration has urged students to adhere strictly to the outlined procedures and ensure timely submission of payment receipts to avoid complications.
