UCH IBADAN BEGINS 2025/2026 ADMISSION INTO ND & HND PROGRAMMES IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Legitdan News reports that the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, through its School of Health Information Management, has announced the commencement of admission into National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

For ND Applicants: Candidates must:

  • Score 150 and above in the 2025 UTME

  • Have five (5) credits in one or two sittings in English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry

For HND Applicants: Applicants must present original certificates of:

  • O’ Level results

  • ND/Professional Diploma in Health Information

  • License Certificate

  • Evidence of one-year Industrial Training (IT)

  • JAMB Admission Letter

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FORMAT

ND CBT Subjects:

  • English Language

  • Mathematics

  • Physics

  • Chemistry

  • Biology

HND CBT Subjects:

  • Health Records Management

  • Anatomy & Physiology

  • Clinical Coding

  • Biostatistics

  • Computer Science

  • Health Planning Management

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Forms are available from Monday, April 28, 2025 via the UCH Schools Portal:

Steps:

  1. Visit the portal and click REMITA PAYMENT.

  2. Complete your payment and sign up with your details.

  3. Log in and complete your application.

  4. Download and fill the Applicants’ User Guide.

  5. Print 2 copies of your form and bring them to the exam center.

  6. Pay ₦500 to:

    • Bank: Union Bank, UCH Branch
