UNIPORT Announces PGD in Petroleum Technology (PGDPT) for 2024/2025 Academic Session
The Institute of Petroleum & Energy Studies (IPES) at the University of Port Harcourt is now accepting applications for the Postgraduate Diploma in Petroleum Technology (PGDPT) for the 2024/2025 academic session. This program is designed for candidates from oil and gas-producing communities aiming to build a career in the petroleum and energy industry for sustainable development.

Admission Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Geology, Geophysics, SLT) with a minimum of second-class lower division from an NUC accredited or internationally recognized program.
- NYSC Completion: Candidate must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
