UNIBEN Opens Applications for 2024/2025 Inter-Faculty and Departmental Transfers
The University of Benin (UNIBEN) has announced the commencement of the application process for Inter-Faculty/Departmental Transfers for the 2024/2025 academic session. This opportunity is open to both Full-Time and Part-Time students interested in transferring between faculties or departments.
Application Guidelines:
- Form Acquisition:
- Interested students can obtain the application form online after paying a non-refundable fee of ₦60,000.
- Payments must be made via REMITA online.
- Payment Process:
- After payment, print the REMITA receipt and take it to the Bursary (Investment Department) for conversion into an official UNIBEN receipt.
- Form Submission Requirements:
- Download the application form from the University of Benin website.
- Attach the following documents:
- Original UNIBEN receipt of payment.
- Photocopy of O’Level Certificate or Statement of Result.
- Passport photograph (Red background).
- Submit the completed form to:
- Exams and Records Division, Ugbowo Campus (Room 25) or
- Exams and Records Office, Ekenhuan Campus (Former Staff Club Building).
Important Notes:
- Applicants are advised to make thorough inquiries before making payments or filling out their forms, as all fees are non-refundable.
- Completed forms must be submitted within six weeks from the publication date and should only be delivered to the designated offices mentioned above. Submissions to faculties, schools, or departments will not be accepted.
