In, consideration of recent developments concerning surge in the rate of cultism across Nigerian Higher Institutions, and the associated unwarranted loss of innocent lives and wanton destruction of properties, the federal Government of Nigeria has proscribed the signing-out ceremony by final year students throughput the federation.
