The Oyo State government has announced the recruitment of 7,000 teachers for primary schools and 100 caregivers for special schools in the state. According to Dr. Nureni Adeniran, Executive Chairman of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), the recruitment process has commenced, with the aim of addressing vacancies in primary schools and special education centers.
To be eligible, applicants must be residents of the local government area where they intend to work. Dr. Adeniran emphasized that any false claims of residency will disqualify applicants. He assured that all necessary information regarding the recruitment process will be made public and advised applicants to visit the SUBEB office directly for accurate information. No one has been authorized to collect money from applicants during this process.
