OOU SETS NOVEMBER 28 DEADLINE AS MATRICULATION HOLDS DECEMBER 16
Legitdan News reports that Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye has announced the closure schedule for the 2025, 2026 admission exercise.
The university confirmed that the matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students will hold on Tuesday, 16 December 2025. In preparation for the event, the management has fixed Friday, 28 November 2025 as the final deadline for all payments, including acceptance fees and school fees.
The institution will forward its official matriculation list to JAMB on Tuesday, 2 December 2025. This aligns with the JAMB guideline that requires schools to submit their matriculation list at least two weeks before the ceremony.
The management warned that any admitted candidate who fails to make the required payments before the deadline will not be included in the matriculation list and will lose the admission. Candidates who have been offered admission on JAMB CAPS but have not accepted it must accept, print their admission letters, and pay all fees before the deadline.
The announcement was signed by the Registrar, Dr Bayo Orukotan, and dated Monday, 24 November 2025.
