NIGERIAN ARMY COLLEGE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES OPENS ND/HND ADMISSION FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

Legitdan News reports that the Nigerian Army College of Medical Sciences (NACOMS), Ojo, has announced the commencement of admissions into its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. The college has opened its doors to both military and civilian applicants for various medical-related courses.

The available programmes include:

• Dental Technology

• Dental Therapy

• Environmental Health Technology

• Health Information Management Technology

The Post-UTME screening exercise is scheduled to take place from July 14 to July 18, 2025.

Admission Requirements:

1. A minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology obtained in not more than two sittings (WAEC/NECO/GCE).

2. The candidate must be a Nigerian citizen by birth.

3. The candidate must have selected NACOMS as either first or second choice in the 2025 UTME.

4. A minimum UTME score of 140 is required.

Programme Duration:

The ND/HND programme runs for four (4) academic years, followed by one (1) year of mandatory internship.

Application Process:

Application forms can be obtained at the Registrar’s Office for a non-refundable fee of N3,000 (cash only). The sales of forms begin on June 16, 2025, and end on July 11, 2025.

Applicants are expected to submit their completed forms along with:

• Photocopies of ‘O’ Level Result(s)

• Secondary School Testimonial

• Birth Certificate

• Certificate of State/Local Government of Origin

• 2025 UTME Result

• Three (3) recent passport-sized photographs

All submissions must be completed on or before July 11, 2025.
