Guinness World Records Announces UNILORIN Student, Mr. Humble, for Fastest Time to Complete Five Skin Fade Haircuts

The Guinness World Records has recognized another record-breaking achievement. Owoyemi Qudus Adebayo, known as Mr. Humble, completed five skin fade haircuts in just 14 minutes and 56 seconds. This feat was accomplished in Ilorin, Nigeria, on January 24, 2024, surpassing the previous record of 18 minutes and 57 seconds.

Previously reported by Legitdan News, Owoyemi Qudus Adebayo, a 400-level student at the University of Ilorin (Unilorin), announced his intention to set the “Fastest to complete five skin fades” Guinness record on January 24, 2024, at the Students’ Union building at Unilorin.

In an interview with Legitdan News, Mr. Qudus shared that his goal was not just about setting a record but about challenging himself and inspiring others. He notified Guinness World Records of his aim on November 27, 2013, and his application was approved on December 17, 2023. He officially attempted the record on January 24, 2024.

Mr. Humble is a university scholar, a former welfare secretary of the Nigerian Association of Physical Sciences Students (NAPHSS), and a one-time candidate for the office of the Students’ Union President.
