FULAFIA ANNOUNCES 14TH MATRICULATION CEREMONY FOR 2025 2026 SESSION
The Federal University of Lafia has scheduled its 14th matriculation ceremony for newly admitted undergraduate students. The event will hold on February 17, 2026.
Legitdan news report that the Federal University of Lafia has fixed Tuesday, February 17, 2026, for its 14th matriculation ceremony for the 2025 2026 academic session.
According to a memo issued by the Office of the Registrar, Academic Affairs Division, and signed by the Deputy Registrar, Mustapha Hanafi Idiaro, the ceremony will take place at the University Sports Complex, Permanent Site Campus, Lafia, by 10.00am.
The memo, dated February 10, 2026, stated that academic gowns will be issued to Faculty Officers starting from Friday, February 13, 2026, at no cost to the newly admitted students.
The university also directed that procession will begin by 8.00am, and only students with matriculation gowns will be allowed to participate in the procession.
Members of the university community have been requested to make necessary arrangements for the ceremony.
