According to the Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, the reshuffling is part of ongoing reforms designed to provide a better learning environment for students and maintain high standards in the university system.
He emphasized that the Ministry is focused on merit-based appointments and transparent processes in the administration of tertiary institutions. “We are determined to ensure fairness, transparency, and a high level of governance across all our universities,” he said.
