The Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) has become aware that certain individuals are fraudulently issuing fake admission letters to unsuspecting applicants and demanding large sums of money as an acceptance fee. (A copy of one such request is attached to this notice.)
FUTA unequivocally disassociates itself from these fraudulent letters, false admission offers, and requests for acceptance fee payments.
The general public, especially candidates and their sponsors, are strongly advised not to fall victim to these blatantly fraudulent activities.
