Auchi Poly 2nd semester Academic Calendar, 2024/2025

The management of Auchi Polytechnic has released the academic calendar for the second semester of the 2024/2025 session. The schedule of academic activities has been made available below;

• 14th March 2025 – Examination ends for all students
• 15th March 2025 – Students vacate halls of residence
• 27th March 2025 – Departmental Board Meeting to review first-semester results
• 31st March – 1st April 2025 – Id el-Fitri holiday
• 3rd April 2025 – School Board Meeting to review first-semester results
• 8th – 9th April 2025 – Academic Board Meeting for result consideration
• 6th April 2025 – All students resume for the second semester
• 18th April 2025 – Good Friday
• 21st April 2025 – Easter Monday
• 1st May 2025 – Workers’ Day
• 9th – 10th June 2025 – Id el-Kabir
• 12th June 2025 – Democracy Day
• 23rd – 27th June 2025 – Students’ week
• 23rd June 2025 – Submission of coursework and test scores
• 14th July 2025 – Second-semester examinations begin for students in the School of Art & Industrial Design
• 21st July 2025 – Second-semester examinations begin for all other students
• 6th August 2025 – Examinations end for all students
• 7th August 2025 – Students vacate campus
• 19th August 2025 – Departmental Board Meeting to review second-semester results
• 21st August 2025 – School Board Meeting for result approval
• 26th – 27th August 2025 – Academic Board Meeting to finalise results
