FEDERAL UNIVERSITY GASHUA (FUGA) POSTPONES MAIDEN CONVOCATION CEREMONY

FEDERAL UNIVERSITY GASHUA (FUGA) POSTPONES MAIDEN CONVOCATION CEREMONY

The Federal University Gashua (FUGA), Yobe State, has announced the postponement of its much-anticipated Maiden Combined Convocation Ceremony, originally scheduled for June 27 and 28, 2025.

The decision to postpone, according to a statement signed by the Registrar, Dr. Abubakar Mamuda, is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the University’s control.

While the University did not disclose specific details behind the development, it assured stakeholders that a new date will be communicated soon through its official communication channels.

“We will keep all stakeholders duly informed once new arrangements are finalized,” the statement read.
